Tourist tax...........................It
is the Law in Croatia that all tourists must pay a tourist tax for their stay. This varies regionally- in Rogoznica this is
1 euro per person per day or part thereof. This will be collected on arrival together with cleaning contribution and
security deposit.

Payment........We take 30% advance payment to confirm booking and the
balance, 70% 30 days before arrival. The security deposit of 100 euros per apartment and local tourist
tax of 1 euro per adult per day is payable in cash on arrival.
Arrival
/ Departure...........Arrival time is between 3pm / 15.00hrs - 9pm / 21.00hrs . If you are going
to be late, ie after 9pm / 21.00hrs, you will invite a late arrival charge - payable to us at time of full balance.
No arrivals will be accepted afer midnight. If you are delayed for what ever reason, eg flight, traffic, -
you MUST let us know , or better still , the housekeeping family know ASAP - a late
arrival charge will also apply in these cases.
In order to give maximum preparation to the property for incoming guests , you are asked
to vacate the premises no later than 10 am on departure day. Thank you
