Booking Terms......................At the time
of reservation a deposit of £ 100 is taken to secure your dates - this is non refundable , the balance / full amount is then
due to us no later than 8 calendar weeks before arrival, along with the security damage taken against breakages , damages
- accidental or otherwise , key loss etc. Rental rates includes linens and bath towels.
Payment..............................Payments
can be made by cheque, some debit and credit cards. £ 100 is taken and balance due as above. If, and in the unlikely
event, we have to cancel your booking due to unforseen circumstances, we will return to you all monies paid to us only, retaingin
the initial £ 100. If you cancel a booking with us , after the initial £ 100 deposit has been paid, this will not be returned.
If you change or alter a booking in any way , or if a payment is returned to us through any banking system, ( we reserve the right to cancel such bookings), an additional
£ 50 per time will be levied. If you cancel before arrival ; 29 - 56 days 50 % of the full amount of the holiday rental will
be due to us, 15 - 28 days 75% of full amount due, 1 - 14 days 90% of full amount due, arrival day or later - full amount
will be due to us.
Security Deposit..................This is a refundable
security deposit ,( should non occur, within 2 weeks of departure ) taken against breakages , damages - accidental or
otherwise, key loss etc ....depending on which apartment taken , The Rock and Lighthouse £ 95 each ,Neptune and
Aphrodite £ 75 each.If one or more apartments are booked, we may ask for a larger deposit.
Credit Card Information..... We are delighted to be able
to offer a choice of payments to guests - Mastercard , Visa , Visa debit, Maestro and switch ,however, sometimes
overseas credit cards can not be processed , of mre information may be requested - just enquire at time of booking.
There is no charge for debit cards , however, credit cards will invite a small additional charge - please
enquire for curent rate at time of booking
Arrival / Departure...........Arrival time is between
3pm / 15.00hrs - 9pm / 21.00hrs . If you are going to be late, ie after 9pm / 21.00hrs, you will invite a late
arrival charge - payable to us at time of full balance. No arrivals will be accepted afer midnight. If you
are delayed for what ever reason, eg flight, traffic, - you MUST let us know , or better
still , the housekeeping family know ASAP - a late arrival charge will also apply in these cases.
In order to give maximum preparation to the property for incoming guests , you are asked to vacate the premises
no later than 10 am on departure day. Thank you
